Wrap the payment in a sheet of paper inside the envelope for safety's sake. This
is not
a choice method security wise but if you need to, you need to. I've done it
myself and I've never lost a payment but it's not 100% secure.

Obviously
you need a Paypal account for this. Or if you don't have one, it's easy and free
to create.
I no longer accept credit card via paypal. You must do a funds transfer from your Paypal balance or link your checking acct to your Paypal acct and transfer from there. If your checking acct isn't linked, do that immediately because that in and of itself, takes about 2-3 days and you won't be able to pay until that clears.

Rooming leaders, if you absolutely cannot get me the $275 by the 17th, you may pay me at the con. There are certain conditions though.
1) EMAIL me by the 16th (at the very latest) to let me know that you will be paying at the con. If you do not, I will have no idea if the room is paid for or not and as such I will unreserve the room.
2) Payment will be due the first night of the con. As soon as you get in, find me and pay me.
3) Payment must be in cash or check. Make sure to include all the names that the payment covers.
