Okay. Now I know nobody reads this site except Ada and Kerem and Fred. But if you read nothing else, you must read the last two things I put up:

Final Little Things: Important Contact Info, misc emergency things you should not forget, and whatnot.

You should all be paying or have paid your rooming leaders right now (who should work out with me ASAP, how they're going to get payment to me). If in cash, put it in the largest denominations possible and please use EXACT change. I'm not an ATM and I really don't want to be carrying around $2000 in 10's or 5's.

If you're still thinking about going to Lunacon, it's not too late to go (it's not too late until the con is over). Check out the open rooms on the rooming chart and email me where you'd like to be. Even if the rooms are closed, if you talk to the people in there, they probably won't mind. The more people in a room, the less it costs.
The rooming leaders are the ones collecting the money. Even if the hotel money has already been sent in, you can just talk to them or pay the other members of the room what you owe them.
This year's program is up on the Lunacon site so go see what there is this year!
Yes the date has passed, but you may continue to submit rooming changes up until the con. Like I told Fred, I just set it as such to make sure there aren't too many stragglers.

The ROUGH DRAFT room scheme is up. I have posted no more than four people to a room to start with. I put you guys where I think you might like to be. For those that I had no clue for or for those that could go a number of ways, I closed my eyes and randomly clicked your name into a box. If you want to be on the chart but aren't, let me know. If you don't need rooming, let me know ASAP.
Please note that the rooms are being paid on my credit card and as such I need to know the names of EVERYONE in the room, even if I did not do registration for them.
Rough draft room scheme is up.
Hotel information is up (deadly important--go read it!).
I'm not doing transportation this year but I will post directions and whatnot in a bit.
DATES TO REMEMBER:
March 7th - last day to change rooms, get out of a room, get into a room.
Then you guys pay your rooming leaders.
March 17th - Rooming leaders need to get in room payments to me.
Any and all questions may be directed to me. I know I suck at the contacting business. AIM is not really a viable option anymore. Email is really the only way to do it (ladyorayne@aol.com) but even then it's a few days wait. Some emails don't get answered if I'm going to post the response to this website in a few days.
Of course, it's not too late for anybody who wants to go. Just read and follow the directions on the hotel page and pay the registration fee when you get to the con.

Let me make this really clear. If you're coming, you owe me two things.
1) Registration info. Email it to me. See the post below for directions.
2) Registration payment. See the page on Payment Methods for how to get it
to me.
The checklist has been posted. It will be updated quite frequently. You should check there to see if you owe anything and to make sure that I received what you sent in. If your name isn't on the chart, I have nothing from you.
Information on spending money and food has been posted.

Sorry you guys, a lot of angst going down recently. I know I'm late and
that's uncool of me. Apologies. Let's get this show on the road:
All updates and announcements will be on this page. Capiche? For now, only The Body Count and Payment Methods is up. Look there to find out who's interested in going and for possible roommates. Also on the page is the list of people who need convincing. If you know anyone who's interested and would like to be on the mailing list, send me their full name and email address.
Registration is $35 per adult, $20 for any kid under 12. You guys have one week to get it in. If you can't get it in on time, let me know ASAP and I can cover you.
People have asked about costs. Reg $35, Transportation ~$20 (assuming from NYC), Hotel ~$275 (but it's divided among how many people you have in your room, normally 4 or 5 people). Food and souvenirs are all up to you. If money is the only thing holding you back from coming, email or IM (atrailofscarlett) me.

5)Badge names: Everyone gets a badge at the con. On the back of the badge is
your real name. On the front of the badge you may pick what you would like -
normally a nickname. Some people get crazy and/or crass with it. Others just
stick with their normal name.
No matter what, when you write your badge name SKIP A LINE (or two) after
"Badge Name:" and
then type it. Don't put quotation marks around it unless you want quotation
marks to be on the badge. I will send in whatever you type, exactly as you
type it. If you leave it blank, I will use your normal name.

For those undecided - if you do not send it in by 2/13, it is not the end of the
world. You can still go to Lunacon. You just have to pay the door price. Or if
you decide really last minute tell me and if I haven't mailed it off yet, I'll
spot you the $35. Door price is $50.
